Analysis of Customer’s Intention of Meituan Delivery

Nowadays, with the Internet's explosive growth in twenty-first century, online shopping appeals to customers since it is more convenient. In 2019, emergency of COVID-19 pandemic, there are now choosing food delivery platforms. Therefore, number users Meituan increasing. this case, study aimed examine how Marketing Mix Theory (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) affects customers’ attention use platform by using SWOT Analysis. This paper further developed previous studies analyzing intentions during COVID-19. The study’s findings indicated that four factors theory (product, promotion, price, and place) all have a significant impact on purchasing intention Delivery However, better situation COVID-19, will be fewer an platform. Thus, recommended should increase their promotions promote more.
